Distance Sales Agreement

Sales, payment, delivery, withdrawal, and refund terms for QrHatira digital plans.

Last updated: June 15, 2026

This text is prepared for the digital service sales flow. Plan name, price, tax, and invoice details are also shown to the user during checkout.

1. Parties

This agreement is formed electronically between the buyer using QrHatira digital service plans and the QrHatira service provider.

The service provider contact address is destek@qrhatira.com, the website is https://qrhatira.com, and the application address is https://app.qrhatira.com. Legal business, tax, and invoice details are also displayed in payment and invoice records.

2. Subject

The agreement covers the sale of a digital service that lets the user create events, design QR assets, collect guest media, manage files from a dashboard, and use download entitlements according to the selected QrHatira plan.

3. Product, price, and payment

The plan name, scope, event allowance, storage limit, retention period, download quality, tax-inclusive price, and payment method are shown on the order screen.

Payments are processed securely with supported cards and iyzico infrastructure. QrHatira does not store card details on its own servers.

4. Delivery and performance

QrHatira is a digital service. Once payment is approved, the plan entitlement is assigned electronically to the user's account and no physical delivery is made.

After the plan is assigned, the user can create an event, prepare QR outputs, and use the guest upload flow.

5. Withdrawal and refunds

Where digital service performance starts with the user's consent, or where an event is created, a QR output is exported, or media upload services are used, withdrawal and refund requests are assessed under applicable law and the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

For technical failure, duplicate charge, or incorrect plan assignment, the user may request review at destek@qrhatira.com.

6. User responsibilities

The user is responsible for accurate account and billing information, obtaining required permissions for photos and videos collected within the event, and preventing unlawful content uploads.

7. Dispute resolution

Applicable consumer law, consumer arbitration bodies, and competent courts apply to disputes. Support requests may first be sent to destek@qrhatira.com.
