Cancellation, review and refund terms for digital event plans.

The digital service is considered started when the purchased plan is assigned to the account and the user creates an event using that entitlement.
Where the service was not provided because of a technical error, a duplicate charge occurred or the wrong plan was assigned, contact destek@qrhatira.com with the transaction details.
Refunds for plans where an event was created, a QR design was exported or media upload services were used are assessed under applicable consumer law and consent rules for digital content.
Approved refunds are returned to the original card through the payment provider. Bank processing times are outside QrHatira's control.
