QrHatira
Explains how account, event and guest-upload data is processed in the QrHatira service.
Last updated: June 12, 2026
We may process your name, email address and session security data when you create an account; event details when you create an event; and technical logs when you use the service.
Data is processed to provide the service, secure accounts, operate event albums, provide support, meet legal obligations and prevent abuse.
Application data is stored on access-controlled infrastructure. Media is held in private object storage and served through authorized application routes. Media is retained for the 90, 180 or 365-day period shown in the purchased plan; the free trial retains media for 30 days. Files are automatically and permanently deleted when that period ends.
We may use providers such as Hetzner, Neon, Cloudflare R2, Resend and, when payments are enabled, iyzico for hosting, databases, file storage, transactional email and payments. Data is shared only as required to deliver those services.
Cookies required for sign-in, security and language preferences are used to operate the service. Analytics cookies are enabled only after your explicit consent. You can change your choice at any time through the “Cookie Preferences” link in the footer.
You can request access, correction, deletion or information about processing by contacting destek@qrhatira.com. Additional information may be requested to verify your identity.
