Terms of Service

QrHatira is a digital service that lets event organizers collect photos and videos from guests through QR codes, manage content and download it according to plan features.

Users are responsible for accurate account information and keeping session credentials confidential. Suspected unauthorized access should be reported to destek@qrhatira.com.

Users confirm that they have the necessary rights and permissions for content uploaded or collected from guests. Illegal content or content infringing privacy or intellectual property rights is prohibited.

Event count, storage shared across the plan, upload window, media retention, download quality and design options depend on the selected plan. Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. Reasonable speed or file limits may be applied for fair use and security.

Media retention is calculated from the event start date, or the creation date when no future event date is set. Files may be permanently deleted on the displayed date; users are responsible for downloading backups beforehand and receive an email warning about 30 days before deletion.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, security incidents or provider outages. We aim to provide reasonable notice for material changes.

Accounts that violate these terms, abuse the system or endanger other users may be suspended. Users may request account closure and data deletion through support.
